How secure is my personal information?

Language of Wreaths adheres to the highest industry standards to protect your personal information when you checkout and purchase from our online store.

Your credit card information is encrypted during transmission using secure socket layer (SSL) technology, which is widely used on the internet for processing payments. Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept PayPal and the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, it will have been processed, and you won’t be able to cancel. We take pictures of every every item before we pack it for our own records. If your item arrives damaged, please provide images of the damage and wait for a return approval code. We offer returns on damaged items.

SHIPPING

Do you ship internationally?

We ship only in the US and we cover shipping costs. Just be sure to check that the items you are ordering will clear customs in your country.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We choose USPS priority mail with tracking information and insurance. If your address cannot accept USPS and the package is returned to us, we can ship it though another carrier, but you have to cover the cost for a second shipment.

How long does it take to process my order?

Once payment has been made, 99% of all orders leave our fulfillment center within 2-3 days.

How long does shipping take?

Our average shipping time is 2-4 business days depending on your location.

How do I track my order?

We will send you the tracking number after your purchase within 1-3 business days. Please visit this link below to track your order.

Are all my items shipped together?

No. Each item is carefully packaged in their customized box.

RETURNS

What is your return policy?

We only offer returns on defective items.

What do I do if I receive a defective product?

If there’s some sort of manufacturing defect, let us know within 7 days of receiving your item, and (provided that your case is legit) we’ll send you a replacement
